What is the Purpose of this Study?
We are doing this study to look at different tissues that could contribute to chronic pain and obesity.

Pain and Obesity
Who Can Participate in the Study?
- Adults, 18-80 years old
- Overweight with a BMI 35-60
- Scheduled to have bariatric surgery
- Have not had bariatric surgery before

- Complete a survey before your surgery
- Complete a follow-up survey 3-6 months after your surgery
