Our practice provides care to all ages via three teams:
- The family physician faculty
- Mid-level practitioners (physician assistant and nurse practitioner) and residents
- Nurses, who are assisted by a social worker, clinical pharmacist, dietitian, and additional support staff
Our center also serves as a teaching center for medical, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, physical therapy, and pharmacy students.
Together, the center’s goal is to provide accessible, one-stop primary health care to families and individuals of all ages.
We care for both acute and long-term health conditions and believe prevention is the best foundation to keep your family healthy and active.
