Services include physician and clinical pharmacy consultation, nurse education and social worker evaluation.
Additionally, nursing visits are offered for one-on-one diabetes education, blood pressure checks, and monthly medication injections. Diabetic group teaching sessions are offered monthly.
On site laboratory (phlebotomy) services are also available.
Radiology services are provided by the general internal medicine clinic at Duke Health Center at Roxboro Road.
Our masters-prepared social worker is available daily to address the psycho-social needs of our patients.
