Sign Up for Classes or Services
Try a mind and body class, or sign up for exercise classes, personal training, massage, or nutrition services. Rates vary. Ask our front desk about these options.

One or Two Months Option
Purchase a one-month option for up to two consecutive months ($77/month). We accept payment in full when you sign up.
