Depression, dementia, psychosis, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders related to aging and/or medical illness, patients with a strong religious background wanting treatment sympathetic to that perspective, patients older than age 55

Research Interests:
My primary research is focused on studying the effects of religion and spirituality on health. I am founding Co-Director of Duke’s Center for Spirituality, Theology and Health.
