Our 30,000-square-foot fitness facility is located on a 26-acre site adjacent to Duke University and the Duke University Medical Center. Check out our classes and stop in to see the latest in equipment.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunday: 1 to 5 p.m.
