About Me
I have wanted to be a physical therapist for as long as I can remember. Along my journey to becoming a physical therapist, I have met many incredible individuals who invested in me and inspired me to achieve my goals. Similarly, it is my mission to help my patients achieve their goals for physical therapy. Having the ability to serve, educate, and empower others as a physical therapist is one of my greatest privileges in life. I highly value individualized, patient-centered care, and believe that physical therapy is most effective when the best research evidence is applied in a way that both acknowledges and respects a patient's values and their preferences. I am originally from Jacksonville, Florida. In my free time, I enjoy exploring coffee shops, spending time on the water with family and friends, and cooking my grandma’s “famous” waffles.
