Reiki: Level One
Reiki, a form of energy healing, is an ancient practice that is used to reduce stress, improve health and quality of life, and support physical and emotional healing. Research suggests that using Reiki as a complementary therapy activates the parasympathetic nervous system to heal the body and mind via the relaxation response. Reiki is accessible to everyone and is easy to learn. Practitioners use specific hand positions, held for a few minutes on or near the client’s clothed body.
After receiving the Reiki: Level One certificate, participants will be able to perform self-treatments and provide treatments for others. Generally, Reiki providers do not begin practicing professionally until they have received the second degree. Participants who complete Reiki: Level One training will be eligible for continuing education credits.
Reiki: Level Two
Reiki: Level One from any lineage is a prerequisite for Reiki: Level Two. Upon completion of Reiki 2, participants will be able to begin practicing professionally.
We create customized programs for organizations and corporations that want to create a culture of wellness and a healthier workplace.
