  • Prescription order delays. We recommend always having at least a 7-day supply of medication on hand at all times. If an emergency situation (i.e. hurricane, snow storm, etc.) occurs that could delay delivery of your medication, and, your supply on hand is not enough to last until the emergency has passed, we will contact you to discuss a solution. If the emergency situation is unknown to us, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a solution to make sure you do not run out of medication.
  • Medication disposal. If you no longer need your medication or it has expired, please contact us for proper disposal instructions.
  • Drug recalls. Rarely, a manufacturer will issue a recall on a medication that requires the pharmacy to contact you.  If such a recall is issued for your medication, we will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to handle the situation.
  • Severe reaction. If you believe you are having a severe reaction (difficulty breathing or face/neck/throat swelling) to a medication, call 911 immediately.
  • Questions about your medication. If you have a question or concern about your medication, a side effect, a drug interaction, or the status of your prescription or refill, please contact us during normal business hours.
  • After hours emergency. After business hours, if you are having a medication emergency, please page our pharmacist on-call at 919-970-8664 (Expect a response within 30 minutes).
