Carl Dornan received his BS in sports science for the University of Glamorgan in Wales. He went on the receive his Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Akron, Ohio in 2006. Carl has worked with a variety of people ranging from rugby players, to high school athletes, and older adults.
Carl's goals are to make exercise programs as specific as possible for each individual, to make it challenging but achievable, and to have the client enjoy exercise. Carl manages the personal training program at Duke Health and Fitness Center and is happy to answer any questions.
