About Me
I knew early on in my career that working with children and their families was my calling. There is nothing better than hearing a baby giggle, holding a child’s hand during a frightening experience, or helping a teen through a tough personal situation. My role as a pediatric nurse practitioner is to be part of your child’s healthcare team, assisting with the task of raising your child to meet their fullest potential, during both well and sick times. My goal is to have you feel comfortable in a sometimes not so comfortable situation, able to ask questions and voice concerns that may be weighing on you and the family. Ultimately I want you to leave feeling empowered as a caregiver or as a patient. I have a special interest in children and teens with asthma. When I am not at the office, you will find me playing with my grandchildren, hiking, gardening, or cooking.
