About Me
For as long as I can remember, I've been intrigued by the intricacy of the human body and the concept of using movement as a means of rehabilitation. I love having the ability to combine my passion for movement with my love for improving the overall health of men and women. I believe in holistic, evidence-based care and work to empower individuals to be active participants in their healing and/or pursuit of their goals. When not working, I enjoy distance running, hiking, being in nature, and spending time with family and friends.
