Clinical Focus and Research

My Research Interests

I work to develop new therapies for the treatment of breast cancer to offer patients hope beyond the best standard of care. I work with many scientists to develop new strategies to use in the clinic with the goal of eradicating breast cancer. I have a particular interest in areas of high need for new therapies, including endocrine and CDK4/6 inhibitor-resistant estrogen receptor positive and triple negative subtypes. I have designed and implemented several clinical trials using tumor mutation-specific and immunotherapy approaches.
