About Me

I discovered my passion for women’s health through my years of caring for patients and my personal journey of becoming a mother. I am fascinated by the intricacies of the female body and the miracle of pregnancy and childbirth. I also have special interest in supporting women in their choice to breastfeed and am a certified lactation counselor. I am here to be a resource for them. It is my utmost priority to ensure the women I care for feel informed, safe, and heard by being a listening ear and providing evidence-based information so we can make decisions about their care together. I am honored to care for women through all of life’s stages, from adolescence to pregnancy to menopause and everything in between. Thank you for trusting me with your care. On a personal note, I am a North Carolina native who loves spending time outdoors, drinking a good cup of coffee, doing puzzles, exercising, and spending time with my family and friends. I live in the Triangle with my husband and our two beautiful daughters, who are the lights of our lives.
