ABOUT ME

I treat arterial disease to prevent amputation, avoid aneurysm rupture, and to prevent strokes. As a vascular specialist I can offer my patients the best means to treat their disease whether it might be with open surgery or a more minimally invasive procedure. It is important for my patients to understand how open and minimally invasive procedures are not substitutes for one another. I want my patients to understand all of their options, and together we can decide what works best. Because of the nature of vascular disease I build relationships with my patients and their families that might last decades. This close relationship helps me work with my patients to avoid future problems. Outside of my work as a vascular surgeon I enjoy fly fishing, and being outdoors.
