About Me
My clinical interests include working with patients with acute-onset central nervous system injuries, including stroke and spinal cord injury. I am a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist (CSRS) through the National Stroke Association. I enjoy getting to know patients throughout the course of their rehabilitation stay, including learning about what matters most to them and then working hard alongside them to reach their goals and safely return to home and life activities of enjoyment. I lead our rehabilitation team’s MOVES committee (Move Often, Very Early, and Safely) to promote safe mobility. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, going on hikes and traveling to new places, reading, and volunteering in my local community with my church.
