About Me
I truly enjoy the pursuit of medicine and how sport impacts overall health. One of the most rewarding aspects of becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner is the ability to treat patients across the lifespan. I have been an athlete my entire life and can appreciate the challenge of inevitable injuries that occur in an active lifestyle. I enjoyed ballet, soccer and field hockey from childhood to adolescence, then developed a passion for running in middle and high school. At William & Mary, I ran Division I cross-country and track. More recently, I’ve competed in marathons at an elite level. I’m excited to join Duke Sports Medicine in Wake County and work with sports enthusiasts of all ages and levels. My goal is to support and encourage patients in their physical activity and athletic journey. I look forward to cheering them on!
