About Me
When an individual, couple, and family receives a life-changing diagnosis, the future that they previously envisioned begins to feel uncertain. What prompted me to become a medical family therapist was my desire to support others as they pick up the pieces and create a new picture for their future. In my work as a systemic therapist, I have supported individuals, couples, and families as they faced chronic health and pain conditions that have caused their way of life to be altered. My approach to therapy involves supporting others by helping them identify, organize, and process their emotions so that their needs and future become clearer. When I am not working with others, I enjoy practicing yoga, attending fairs, and playing video games.
