About Me
As a licensed clinical social worker of 25+ years, I'm passionate about normalizing mental health. I strive to reduce stigma around mental health and create a greater level of confidence in the patients I work with, who may be experiencing anxiety, depression and life/work stressors. My gift is finding your strengths and helping you to see and embrace those strengths for yourself. Whether you are new to therapy or have previous experience, I bring a down to earth approach to our sessions and strive to actively listen and understand your concerns. I work with you to create a collaborative relationship and plan where we'll dive deep into developing insight and recognizing patterns while exploring real solutions you can use in your everyday life. Whatever the reason for seeking help, you can count on me to bring my genuine self to our time together.
