About Me

I have been working in my field since 2003 providing psychotherapeutic services for adult patients with a mental health, substance abuse, or life adjustment disorder. The therapeutic orientation from which I work is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based intervention within the CBT family that is empirically based and which has strong theoretical foundation. My field of expertise is first and foremost addiction, and I consider it an honor to help individuals move forward as they work to achieve a life that is in accordance with their most deeply held values.
