About Me

My career has centered around health and wellness, as both educator and clinical health provider. My goal is to make physical activity an integral part of people's wellness. It has been my good fortune to see so many people successfully implement lifestyle change for the better. As a wellness manager, I instruct one-on-one personal training using remote technology with individuals, focusing on resistance exercise, as well as instruction for yoga and pilates. Currently, my primary focus is health coaching, teaming up with patients to help them set goals and achieve their optimal health. Coaching emphasizes the innate skills and knowledge that people have about their own health. Working together, coach and client can reach those wellness goals. My objective is to help people increase their health knowledge, set meaningful goals, and use the latest resources to reach a lifelong healthy wellness plan - not just for the physical body, but the spiritual, and emotional body as well. Every day, I learn new things and am enriched by the success of the people with whom I work.
