Insurance

Duke Health contracts with most major health insurance carriers and transplant networks, including the ones listed below. Before scheduling your appointment, we strongly recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the Duke Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any co-payments, co–insurances, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with Duke, your out of pocket liability may be higher. We will contact you regarding your coverage and patient liability. If you are uninsured, learn more about our financial assistance policy

WHERE I PROVIDE CARE
Profile
ABOUT ME

It is said that the secret to happiness is in serving others. In my role as a pediatric infectious diseases specialist, I am interested in the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents with acute, acute-on-chronic and chronic infections. My research interests include HIV prevention, as well as the prevention and treatment of complications associated with human papillomavirus infections. I enjoy building connections with my patients and their families in order to provide high quality, individualized care and am excited to have the opportunity to do that at Duke. I am originally from the Caribbean and so I love to be outdoors when the weather permits. I also enjoy exploring restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
