About Me

I have extensive experience in interventional pain medicine and perioperative pain management. I treat acute and chronic pain for adult and pediatric populations using the most current and innovative treatment modalities, including neuromodulation, stem-cell therapy, and PRP. I strive for quality and efficiency when diagnosing conditions and creating multi-modal treatment plans aimed at addressing the cause or root of a patients' pain rather than covering symptoms up with a temporary band-aid type treatment. I am committed to providing compassionate care to all patients and collaborating with colleagues to diagnose, manage, and evolve patient care. I am excited to offer cutting-edge treatments for chronic pain and am passionate about neuromodulation. I also perform both spinal cord stimulation and dorsal root ganglion stimulation procedures for patients with specific types of chronic pain as well as peripheral nerve stimulation. I enjoy golf, tennis, bike riding, music, technology, science, DJ-ing, working on automobiles, participating in American Indian cultural activities, and spending time with family. I am also a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo.

Clinical Focus and Research

My Research Interests

I am extremely passionate and involved in the field of neuromodulation and am currently a co-investigator in a randomized, controlled, multicenter trial of Percutaneous Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) for the treatment of back pain. I genuinely believe that spinal cord stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulators of various sorts are the future of interventional pain medicine treatments, and it is important for patients to know that there are many options available to them to treat chronic pain that do not have to involve dangerous and addictive opioids - all of which have a multitude of side effects on almost every organ system in the human body.
