Get a great workout without all the jumping! This virtual, low impact circuit fitness class is designed to challenge you anaerobically, work on strength, endurance, and improve balance with less impact on the joints. Movements may be performed standing, sitting, or lying down. This online fitness class is open to anybody in the community and is offered by the Duke Health and Fitness Center.
