Get a great workout with his low impact circuit class is designed to challenge you anaerobically, work on strength, endurance, and improve balance with less impact on the joints. Movements may be performed standing, sitting, or lying down.

This class is offered by the Duke Health and Fitness center, and it's free and open to the community.
