Description
TRX stands for total body resistance training, and it's a method of exercise that is performed with the help of a suspension trainer. Want to learn more? This 8-week program will help you learn the basics of setting up and using the TRX safely and effectively.
Over the course of the program, participants will learn different exercises for each muscle group, and by the end the group will be completing at least one full 45-minute workout using only the TRX. Experience with TRX is not required for this program, but participants should be comfortable and able to get down and up from the floor.
