Track Circuit is a small-group fitness class that uses an outdoor track area to help you get the workout you need. Using a combination of equipment and bodyweight exercises, Track Circuit will give you a great strength-building and cardiovascular workout. The class ends with a full-body stretch. Track Circuit is self-paced and modifications will be provided. Please bring your own towel, mat, and water. Class will be held rain or shine.
Duke Health and Fitness Center offers fitness classes for both members and non-members. In order to attend this program, members and non-members must register prior to the class.
