Integrate strength, flexibility, and balance for a complete workout that improves your everyday life and function. Classes utilize a wide variety of fitness equipment, including bands, hand weights, stability balls, balance mats, and more.

Registration

Duke Health and Fitness Center offers fitness classes for both members and non-members. In order to attend this program, members and non-members must register prior to the class.

  • If you are a member, please register online using our Duke Health and Fitness Center Member Portal.
  • If you are a non-member, please purchase a daily pass ($15) at the Duke Health and Fitness Center and register for the class by talking to the front desk personnel. Please note that spots are limited. You can also visit our front desk to ask for a free, week-long trial of Duke Health and Fitness Center facilities, including our fitness programs. Non-members can apply to become members using our Duke Health and Fitness Center Member Application.
