Restorative Yoga

This class emphasizes a relaxed pace to support flexibility and mobility work. Suitable for most levels, it includes movements like downward dog, kneeling postures, and gentle twists. Please take caution if you have any limitations with the positions. 

Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
