Description
Ready for Postpartum Running?
Some issues women may experience include aches, joint pain, leakage, and pelvic heaviness or discomfort. Returning to exercise and running after pregnancy can be challenging, and our team at Duke is here to help you reach the finish line. Register for a complimentary one-hour session and Q&A. We will review postpartum changes and their effects on returning to exercise, when it’s safe to resume running, screening information, and resources for returning to running and diastasis recti. If you need a more individualized session, we will help coordinate this.
**Please note:** We recommend not running until at least 12 weeks after giving birth, but feel free to attend if you have been cleared to exercise after 6 weeks.
