Develop a more balanced body through the practice of enhancing and combining breath control, abdominal strength, and core stability. This class takes a blended approach combining the virtual class option with limited in-person attendance.
Duke Health and Fitness Center Members and Non-Members may register for group fitness class sessions by calling 919-660-6660. Members may also register through our online Duke Health and Fitness Center Member Portal. The link to join will be emailed out directly to those that register every month.
Monthly Virtual Group Fitness Program
Strong and Limber is part of Duke Health and Fitness Center's monthly virtual group fitness program. Through this program, Duke Health and Fitness Center Members and Non-Members can attend as many virtual fitness classes as they would like each month from the comfort of their homes.
Current offerings include:
Strong and Limber: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9:45 - 10:25 am
Pilates: Mondays, 5:30 - 6:15 pm
Flow Yoga: Tuesdays, 11:30 - 12:15 pm
Pilates: Thursdays, 12:45 - 1:45 pm
