In this eight-session course focused on incorporating mindfulness practices, you will learn to bring close attention to your mind, body, behaviors and patterns related to eating. The group support and skills offered in this program can help you transform your relationship with food and improve your health and well-being.

Each participant will receive a copy of The Mindful Diet.

Instructor: Christine Tenekjian is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health and Well-Being Coach. She holds a Mindful Eating Certificate from The Center for Mindful Eating and has received professional training in Intuitive Eating. She works as a Dietitian and Health Coach for Duke Lifestyle & Weight Management Center.
