Getting on Track provides a whole-person approach to weight management and lifestyle change. This eight-week program, held every Tuesday and Thursday from September 14 to November 4, 2021, features interactive nutrition, exercise, and behavioral change classes, weekly group exercise sessions, and individualized nutrition and exercise plans. All meetings are held via Zoom. Participants will have the option to attend an in-person workout on Tuesday nights at the Duke Health and Fitness Center.
