Description

Getting on Track evening sessions begin September 27, 2018.

Our 8-week weight loss program optimizes the lifestyle approach for long term weight loss and weight management.  Our program is built on the cornerstones of successful and sustainable weight loss: quality nutrition, integrated exercise and behavior change strategies.

Sessions meet Thursday evenings beginning September 27, 2018 from 6:15 pm to 8:00 pm. Participants are encouraged to exercise in Duke Health and Fitness Center from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm prior to each class. This exercise time is also an excellent opportunity to discuss your progress in the program with our staff.
