Description

Getting on Track begins January 24, 2019. Our 8-week weight loss program optimizes the lifestyle approach for long term weight loss and weight management. Our program is built on the cornerstones of successful and sustainable weight loss: quality nutrition, integrated exercise and behavior change strategies.

Our daytime Getting on Track meets Fridays from 12:45 pm - 2:30 pm. Participants are encouraged to exercise in Duke Health and Fitness Center from 11:45 am - 12:45 pm prior to each class.

Evening groups for Getting on Track are also available and meet Thursday evenings from 6:15 pm - 8:00 pm. Participants are encouraged to exercise in Duke Health and Fitness Center from 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm prior to each class. This exercise time is also an excellent opportunity to discuss your progress in the program with our staff.
