Gentle Yoga

Join us for Survivorship Month as we host a series of in-person and virtual offerings throughout the month of June.

During Women’s Wellness Day, we will feature Gentle Yoga. This Chair Yoga class is designed specifically for cancer patients and survivors. This gentle movement practice promotes physical and emotional well-being.
