Flow Yoga (Virtual Event)

Flow Yoga is a winning combination of strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. This online fitness class utilizes a variety of yoga movements, creating a challenging flow of positions that are held for various durations. This class is not recommended for anyone with osteoporosis. This online fitness class is open to anybody in the community and is offered by the Duke Health and Fitness Center.
