Experiencing Mindfulness (Virtual Event)

Description

Join Duke Integrative Medicine on Zoom for a weekly “taste” of mindfulness. No previous meditation experience is necessary. New participants will learn meditation practices with instructor guidance. Experienced meditators can learn to deepen their daily practice in a community environment. Topics and instructors for each session vary.

Once you have registered through the Duke Integrative Medicine Programs and Training Learning Center, the information to connect through Zoom will be available on the My Courses page of your account. Cancellation is available until 15 minutes prior to the start time. Please plan to join the session link 5-10 minutes early. Sessions are not recorded. Registration for the next week’s session is available upon conclusion of the current week's session.
