Follow along with a Duke Integrative Medicine instructor for an online, gentle yoga practices designed to help you release tension, enhance energy, stretch and strengthen your body, relax your mind, and lift your spirits. This online class is suitable for those able to get down and up from the floor. No previous yoga experience is required!

Once you have registered through the Duke Integrative Medicine Programs and Training Learning Center, the information to connect through Zoom will be available on the My Courses page of your account. Cancellation is available until 15 minutes prior to the start time. Please plan to join the session link 5-10 minutes early. Sessions are not recorded. Registration for the next week’s session is available upon conclusion of the current week's session.
