Follow along with a Duke Integrative Medicine instructor online every Friday on Zoom for gentle practices designed to help you release tension, enhance energy, stretch, and strengthen your body, relax your mind, and lift your spirits. This class is suitable for those able to get down and up from the floor. No previous yoga experience is required!
Equipment to have: sturdy chair, yoga mat, folded towel, or blanket (suggested).
You must register on the day of the event, no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time. For more program information and to register on the day of the session, please click on this link. Once you have registered through the Duke Integrative Medicine Programs and Training Learning Center, the information to connect through Zoom will be available on the My Courses page of your account.
Please plan to join the session link 5-10 minutes early. Sessions are not recorded. Cancellation is available until 15 minutes prior to the start time.
