Join Duke Integrative Medicine online every Friday on Zoom for the supportive practice of gentle yoga, all from your chair! This class offers practices done while seated, as well as standing while using a chair for support (modifications for standing practices that can be done while remaining seated are offered). No previous yoga experience is required!
Equipment to have: sturdy chair, yoga mat (optional), folded towel or blanket (suggested).
You must register on the day of the event, no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time. For more program information and to register on the day of the session, please click on this link. Once you have registered through the Duke Integrative Medicine Programs and Training Learning Center, the information to connect through Zoom will be available on the My Courses page of your account.
Please plan to join the session link 5-10 minutes early. Sessions are not recorded. Cancellation is available until 15 minutes prior to the start time.
