During this class, encouraging instructors will lead you through a series of flat roads, hills, jumps, and sprints while listening to motivating music. Duke Health and Fitness Center’s Cycle class can be challenging, but also accommodates all fitness levels. Class is outdoors weather permitting. Participants should bring their own towel and water.
Duke Health and Fitness Center offers fitness classes for both members and non-members. In order to attend this program, members and non-members must register prior to the class.

- If you are a non-member, please purchase a daily pass ($15) at the Duke Health and Fitness Center and register for the class by talking to the front desk personnel. Please note that spots are limited. You can also visit our front desk to ask for a free, week-long trial of Duke Health and Fitness Center facilities, including our fitness programs. Non-members can apply to become members using our Duke Health and Fitness Center Member Application.
