Balance 2 is an in-person program that teaches you advanced balance skills, such as transitioning from lying on the floor to standing without assistance. Participants must complete Balance Level 1 before joining Balance Level 2. The Balance Level 2 program utilizes exercises that include unstable surfaces and multiple direction movements. This session meets once weekly for six consecutive weeks.
