Balance Level 1 is an in-person program that is designed for anyone who can walk and sit independently. It focuses on functional exercises that will help you accomplish basic tasks like going from sitting to standing and reaching overhead for objects. Our goal is to reduce the risk of falls and improve confidence in everyday activities. This session meets once weekly for six consecutive weeks. Educational materials are included.
