SARS-CoV-2 Transmission Study - Clinical Trial

What is the Purpose of this Study?

We are performing this study to better understand how the virus which causes COVID19 moves from person to person.
What is the Condition Being Studied?
COVID-19

Who Can Participate in the Study?

Adults and children who:
-Are in the hospital with a diagnosis of COVID-19
-Close friends and family that have come into contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19

Age Group
Adults, Children

What is Involved?

If you choose to join this study you will:
-Allow us to collect a blood sample
-Allow us to collect a nasal swab
-Give a saliva sample
-Give a self-collected rectal swab
-Answer questions about your health and life
-Have follow-up visit on days 14 and 28 after joining the study
