What is the Purpose of this Study?

We are creating this registry learn more about how to best care for people with critical limb ischemia (a severe blockage in the arteries/veins that is usually in one limb).

- Complete interviews
- Complete questionnaires
- Allow study staff to collect information from your medical record
- Complete follow-up phone calls at 6 and 12 months
