NN09 - MW151 (Healthy Volunteers) - Clinical Trial

What is the Purpose of this Study?

We are doing this study to find out if the study drug, MW151 HCl, is a safe treatment to help reduce brain swelling that is related to radiation therapy.

What is the Condition Being Studied?

Memory and Thinking Problems Related to Radiation Therapy-induced cognitive impairment

Who Can Participate in the Study?

Adult women, 18-50 years old who:
-Are healthy and do not have medical problems
-Do not smoke

Age Group
Adults

What is Involved?

If you choose to join this study, you will:
-Have a physical exam
-Have an electrocardiogram (ECG), a scan to look at your heart
-Give blood and urine samples
-Complete questionnaires
-Stay at our inpatient unit for 3 nights
-Complete 1 follow-up visit
