What is the Purpose of this Study?

We are doing this study to learn more about how connections in the brain affect the ways that people think and behave.

What is the Condition Being Studied?

Neurocognitive impairment

Who Can Participate in the Study?

-Adults, 25-59 years old
-Native English speakers
-Willing to have an MRI

What is Involved?

If you choose to join this study, you will:
-Complete 3 in-person visits over 1 year.
-Have 2 blood draws (~2 tablespoons worth each time)
-Complete Interviews with our staff
-Have memory an thinking tests
-Have 2 MRIs of your brain

The study does not involve the use of any drugs and you will not have to make any lifestyle changes.
Joining this study will not prevent you from joining other studies at Duke or anywhere else.
