• Register online or call 866-637-0711 to attend a seminar in person, watch the seminar online or watch it during your first appointment. All patients must attend or watch the seminar before surgery. This seminar will provide you with information about obesity, surgery, and our program.
• Fill out the nutritional questionnaire.
