  • Botox Injection for Spasmodic Dysphonia
    Learn what takes place during botox injection procedure at Duke and find post-procedure instructions.
  • Temporary Vocal Fold Augmentation Procedure -- Office Based
    Temporary augmentation procedures offer temporary improvement for voice and swallowing complaints due to vocal fold paralysis, paresis, or atrophy.
  • Office-Based Laryngeal Laser Surgery
    Laser surgery for vocal fold papillomas or vascular lesions is offered as an in-office procedure at DVCC.
